Meet the Team

Linda Keiles has worked as an educator for over 35 years. She founded K&L College Advising in 2015 to guide students and families through the often overwhelming college admissions process. 

​

She began her career teaching elementary school in the Los Angeles Unified School District and spent 17 years at the Alpert JCC of Long Beach, where she led summer camps and early childhood, teen, and family programs. Linda graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Binghamton University in New York and holds a Certificate in Independent Educational Consulting from the University of California, Irvine.

Linda is an active member of the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA), Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC), National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), and the National Career Development Association (NCDA).

 

What Linda lives for: Seeing a student light up when they receive their first acceptance.

Creative Edge Specialist
 

Eve Lunt’s history in both the entertainment and non-profit industries brings real-world expertise to K&L College Advising. After graduating from UCLA with a B.A. in Fine Arts, she worked for a decade as a producer and studio manager at Colossal Pictures, The Walt Disney Company, and Protozoa.

​

She later served as the Director of Jewish Life and Culture at the Alpert JCC in Long Beach, where she curated the Gatov Gallery and oversaw the annual Gottlieb Exhibition, showcasing LBUSD’s top visual art students. This experience sparked her passion for helping students find their collegiate path. â€‹

​

Eve completed her certificate in Independent Educational Consulting through the University of California, Irvine. She works with students across all disciplines in addition to leading K&L’s Creative Edge program, where she provides specialized support for creative applicants, including portfolio development, audition reels, creative writing samples,

and more.

​

She is an active member of the Higher Education Consultants Association (HECA), Western Association for College Admission Counseling (WACAC), and National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC).
